ყველასთვის
ბინები და სახლები ქირით და იყიდება მთელ საქართველოში. ნებისმიერს შეუძლია ძებნა, ფილტრი და დათვალიერება. მესაკუთრეები და აგენტები დებენ დეტალურ განცხადებებს, და ყველა განცხადებაზე მკაფიოდ ჩანს, ვინ დადო.
სააგენტოებისთვის
სამუშაო სივრცე სააგენტოებისა და აგენტებისთვის. განცხადება myhome.ge-დან, ss.ge-დან ან korter.ge-დან ერთი დაჭერით შემოიტანე, იმავე საიტებზე ფორმები თავად შეავსე, ხოლო კლიენტები, დავალებები, შეხვედრები და გუნდი ერთ ადგილას გქონდეს.
არ არის მოგონილი განცხადებები, ფასები, შეფასებები ან ციფრები. თუ რამე Blackkey-ზეა, ის რეალურმა ადამიანმა დადო.
Blackkey Connect სხვა საიტებზე ფორმებს ავსებს, მაგრამ გამოქვეყნებას არასდროს აჭერს. ყოველ განცხადებას შენ ამოწმებ და აგზავნი.
ყველა განცხადებაზე ჩანს, მესაკუთრემ დადო თუ აგენტმა, ხოლო სააგენტოს განცხადებაზე ჩანს სააგენტოს და აგენტის სახელი.
გამყიდველის ნომერი გვერდზე არასდროს იწერება. ვიზიტორი მას ერთი დაჭერით ხსნის, დღიური ლიმიტით, და ყოველი ჩვენება გამყიდველისთვის ითვლება.
ჩვენი სერვერები გერმანიაშია, ევროკავშირში. პაროლები მხოლოდ ცალმხრივი ჰეშით ინახება და ყველა კავშირი დაშიფრულია.
Blackkey ონლაინ მუშაობს, მთელი საქართველოსთვის. ფიზიკური ოფისი არ გვაქვს, მაგრამ მოგვწერო ყოველთვის შეგიძლია.

For everyone
A marketplace for homes for rent and sale across Georgia. Anyone can search, filter and browse. Owners and agents post detailed listings, and every listing says clearly who posted it.
For agencies
The workspace for agencies and agents. Bring a listing in from myhome.ge, ss.ge or korter.ge in one click, fill the posting forms on those sites, and keep clients, tasks, meetings and the team in one place.
No invented listings, prices, reviews or numbers. If something is on Blackkey, a real person put it there.
Blackkey Connect fills forms on other sites, but it never presses publish. Every post is checked and sent by you.
Every listing shows whether an owner or an agent posted it, and agency listings name the agency and the agent.
Seller phone numbers are never printed on the page. A visitor opens one with a click, there is a daily limit, and every reveal is counted for the seller.
Our servers are in Germany, in the European Union. Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes, and every connection is encrypted.
Blackkey works online, for all of Georgia. There is no office to visit, but there is always someone to write to.
