2ანგარიშები

Blackkey Homes-ის ანგარიშს ხსნის ნებისმიერი 18 წლის ან უფროსი პირი სრული სახელით, მომხმარებლის სახელითა და პაროლით. Blackkey Agent-ის ანგარიშებს მხოლოდ Blackkey ხსნის გამოწერილი სააგენტოებისა და აგენტებისთვის.

პაროლი და AI კავშირის გასაღებები არავის გაუზიარო. შენს ანგარიშსა და გასაღებებზე შენ აგებ პასუხს. თუ ფიქრობ, რომ ვინმემ ისინი გამოიყენა, მაშინვე გვაცნობე.

შეგვიძლია შევაჩეროთ ან დავხუროთ ანგარიში, რომელიც არღვევს ამ პირობებს, დებს ყალბ განცხადებებს ან ზიანს აყენებს სხვებს.

3განცხადებები

დადე მხოლოდ ის ქონება, რომლის შეთავაზების უფლებაც გაქვს: როგორც მესაკუთრეს, ან როგორც აგენტს მესაკუთრის ნებართვით. ფასი, ფართი, მისამართი და ფოტოები უნდა იყოს სწორი და აქტუალური.

ნუ დადებ ერთსა და იმავე ქონებას ორჯერ, არარეალურ ფასს, სხვის ფოტოებს ნებართვის გარეშე ან რაიმე უკანონოს. სააგენტოს განცხადება მონიშნე როგორც სააგენტოსი.

გაყიდული ან გაქირავებული ქონების განცხადება უნდა წაიშალოს ან მოინიშნოს. შეგვიძლია დავმალოთ ან წავშალოთ განცხადება, რომელზეც საჩივარი შემოვა და დადასტურდება, რომ წესებს არღვევს.

ფოტოებისა და ტექსტის უფლებები შენ გრჩება, ხოლო Blackkey-ს აძლევ ნებას, აჩვენოს ისინი Blackkey Homes-ზე, ძიების შედეგებში და გაზიარებული ბმულების გადახედვაში.

4საკონტაქტო მონაცემები და ტელეფონის ნომრები

გამყიდველის ნომერი ჩანს იმ ვიზიტორისთვის, ვინც მის ჩვენებას დააჭერს, და ყოველი ჩვენება გამყიდველისთვის ითვლება. Blackkey-ზე ნანახი ნომერი გამოიყენე მხოლოდ იმ ქონების შესახებ საკითხავად. ნუ შეაგროვებ მათ რეკლამისთვის.

5VIP და ფასიანი პაკეტები

Blackkey Homes-ის VIP პაკეტები ჯერჯერობით უფასოა. Blackkey Agent-ის პაკეტი სააგენტოებისთვის ღირს 49.00 ₾ თვეში ერთ მომხმარებელზე, ხოლო ინდივიდუალური აგენტისთვის 64.00 ₾ თვეში. ფასიანი ფუნქციების ფასი გადახდამდე ჩანს და ფასის ცვლილებამდე წინასწარ გაცნობებთ.

6Blackkey Agent, რადარი და Connect

რადარი აჩვენებს განცხადებებს, რომლებიც უკვე საჯაროა myhome.ge-სა და ss.ge-ზე, რომ აგენტებმა ახალი დაინახონ. ის არაფერს იღებს, რაც საჯარო არ არის. იქ ნანახი ინფორმაცია გამოიყენე კანონიერად და ამ საიტების წესების დაცვით.

Connect გაფართოება სხვა საიტებზე განცხადების ფორმებს გივსებს. ის არასდროს აჭერს გამოქვეყნებას თვითონ: ყოველ განცხადებას შენ ამოწმებ და აქვეყნებ, და იქ გამოქვეყნებულზე შენ აგებ პასუხს.

AI ფუნქციები (AI ძებნა და AI კავშირი) კითხულობს იმ სიტყვებს, რასაც მისცემ. შედეგი მოქმედებამდე გადაამოწმე.

7რა არ არის Blackkey

Blackkey არის ადგილი სახლების მოსაძებნად და განსათავსებლად. ჩვენ არ ვართ ყიდვის ან ქირავნობის მხარე, ყველა განცხადებას არ ვამოწმებთ და ვერ ვიძლევით გარანტიას, რომ განცხადება, გამყიდველი ან აგენტი ისაა, რასაც ამბობს. სანამ რამეს გადაიხდი, ნახე ქონება, შეამოწმე დოკუმენტები და საჯარო რეესტრი.

8პასუხისმგებლობა

Blackkey მოწოდებულია ისე, როგორც არის. საქართველოს კანონმდებლობით დაშვებულ ფარგლებში არ ვაგებთ პასუხს ზარალზე, რომელიც მოდის განცხადებებიდან, მომხმარებლებს შორის ურთიერთობიდან ან მომსახურების ხანმოკლე შეფერხებიდან. ეს პირობები არ ზღუდავს მომხმარებლის უფლებებს, რომლებიც საქართველოს კანონით გაქვს.

9ცვლილებები და კანონი

შეიძლება ეს პირობები შევცვალოთ. მნიშვნელოვან ცვლილებას საიტზე წინასწარ გამოვაცხადებთ. ამ პირობებზე ვრცელდება საქართველოს კანონმდებლობა, დავებს კი თბილისის სასამართლოები განიხილავს.

By creating an account or posting a listing you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use Blackkey.

2Accounts

Blackkey Homes accounts are opened by anyone aged 18 or over with a full name, a username and a password. Blackkey Agent accounts are opened only by Blackkey for agencies and agents who subscribe.

Keep your password and any AI connection keys private. You are responsible for what is done with your account and its keys. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used them.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, posts false listings or harms other users.

3Listings

Only post homes you have the right to offer: as the owner, or as an agent with the owner’s permission. The price, size, address and photos must be true and current.

Do not post the same home twice, prices that are not real, other people’s photos without permission, or anything unlawful. Mark agency listings as agency listings.

Listings that have been sold or rented must be removed or marked so. We may hide or remove any listing that is reported and found to break these rules.

You keep the rights to your photos and text, and you allow Blackkey to show them on Blackkey Homes, in search results and in previews of shared links.

4Contact details and phone numbers

A seller’s phone number is shown to visitors who click to reveal it, and each reveal is counted for the seller. Use phone numbers you get on Blackkey only to ask about that home. Do not collect them for advertising.

5VIP and paid plans

VIP packages on Blackkey Homes are free for now. The Blackkey Agent plan costs 49.00 ₾ a month per user for agencies and 64.00 ₾ a month for a solo agent. Prices for paid features are shown before you pay, and we will give notice before any price changes.

6Blackkey Agent, Radar and Connect

Radar shows listings that are already public on myhome.ge and ss.ge, so agents can see what is new. It does not take anything that is not public. Use what you find there lawfully and respect the rules of those sites.

The Connect extension fills in posting forms on other sites for you. It never presses publish by itself: you check and post every listing yourself, and you are responsible for what you post there.

AI features (AI search and the AI connection) read the words you give them. Check the result before you act on it.

7What Blackkey is not

Blackkey is a place to find and post homes. We are not a party to any sale or rental, we do not check every listing, and we do not guarantee that a listing, a seller or an agent is what they say. Visit the home, check the documents and the public registry before you pay anything.

8Liability

Blackkey is provided as it is. As far as Georgian law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from listings, from dealings between users, or from short interruptions of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Georgian law.

9Changes and law

We may change these terms. When the change matters we will say so on the site before it applies. These terms are governed by the law of Georgia, and disputes go to the courts of Tbilisi.
